I am writing regarding my recent purchase, which was shipped by the supplier on August 21, 2025. Unfortunately, the USPS was unable to locate my address, and as a result, the package was marked as "delivered to the original sender" on September 2, 2025.
Given that I did not receive the item due to this delivery issue, I kindly request that the order be canceled and a full refund issued to my original payment method.
