Refund policy
By making a purchase here, you agree to follow these guidelines.
General Return Information:
- Contacting Customer Service: If you need to return or exchange an item, you must email us at help@suorinusa.com. Include your order number from SuorinUSA.com.
- Unused Items: You can return unused and unopened items for a refund within 14 days of your order date. If we approve your return, we'll send you instructions. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of processing the return.
- Opened Items: For health and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items.
- Reviewing Returned Items: We will carefully inspect all returned items. We have the right to decide whether to issue a full refund, a partial refund, or store credit based on the condition of the returned item.
- Age Verification: We may charge cancellation fees if you don't follow our age verification process.
Items with No Returns (Final Sale):
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened:
- E-juice
- Cartridges, pods, and coils
- Disposable vaporizers
Specific Rules for Electronics:
- Defective Electronics: If you receive a defective electronic item, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will troubleshoot the item. If it is deemed defective, we will issue a RMA.
- Opened Electronics: Once an electronic device has been opened, the customer may only recieve a refund or replacement if the device is deemed defective by the company.
- Physical Damage: Any electronic device that has been physically damaged by the customer, will not be eligible for return.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Email us at help@suorinusa.com with your order number to start the return process.
- Get Approval and Instructions: If your return is approved, we'll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package and Ship: Carefully package the item, write the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
- Inspection and Processing: We will inspect the returned item. If it meets our requirements, we will process your refund or exchange within a few business days.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We can change this return policy at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
