All Sales Final Policy
Effective Date: June 26, 2026
All sales made through SuorinUSA are final. By placing an order, the customer agrees that products purchased from SuorinUSA are not eligible for returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after purchase, except where required by law.
No Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, or Exchanges
SuorinUSA does not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to, hardware, pod systems, replacement pods, accessories, e-liquids, sealed products, opened products, used products, and unused products.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. This includes product type, color, quantity, nicotine strength, flavor, shipping address, billing information, and all other order details.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims
SuorinUSA does not process, approve, deny, replace, repair, refund, or exchange products under manufacturer warranty claims. Any warranty coverage, if available, is provided by the manufacturer and must be handled directly with the manufacturer according to their current warranty terms and claim process.
If a customer believes a product may qualify for manufacturer warranty support, the customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly. SuorinUSA is not able to submit, manage, process, or follow up on warranty claims on the customer’s behalf.
SuorinUSA does not guarantee that a manufacturer warranty is available for any product, and SuorinUSA does not guarantee the outcome of any warranty claim submitted to a manufacturer.
Order Fulfillment Issues
If you believe you received the wrong item or there was an issue with order fulfillment, please contact SuorinUSA as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the order.
Reporting an order issue does not guarantee a refund, return, exchange, replacement, or cancellation. SuorinUSA will review reported fulfillment issues on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Packages
SuorinUSA is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery issues, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a shipment is damaged, delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, the customer may need to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Customer Agreement
By completing checkout, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this All Sales Final Policy. The customer also confirms that they understand all sales are final and that any available warranty support must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
This policy applies to orders placed on or after the effective date listed above.
