Q: How long does Suorin USA shipping take?
We make no guarantees with regard to shipping times. However, in most cases, orders are shipped the next business day. It is safe to say that if you are on the west coast, you should receive your package(s) within 1-2 business days, 3-4 for those in CST and 4-5 in the eastern time region of the US. We no longer ship outside of mainland US (with the exception of AK and HI)
Q: Does Suorin USA check age?
Yes, you need to be 21 or older to place order with SuorinUSA.com. Third-party age verification software is installed and operational on our website.
Q: Do Suorin devices come pre-filled with nicotine?
No. Suorin devices do not contain nicotine as Suorin is solely a hardware manufacturer device. Suorin does not manufacture disposable ecigs.
