Delivery Policy

Customers are responsible for signing for packages as ADULT SIGNATURE is REQUIRED for all vapor product deliveries. We take extra care in inspecting all goods before and during the order fulfillment process. All orders are double checked and footage of the fulfillment process is documented. With that said, we will not be responsible for any the following...

- Stolen packages

- Package damaged in transit

- Re-routed packages/Non-delivery (shipped back to us)

Follow the package by watching the tracking information once emailed to you. No more than 2 delivery attempts will be made by the courier. If the package is not signed for, the package will be returned to SuorinUSA and you will be responsible for all additional fees related to future attempts to re-deliver. Should you decide to cancel/refund for any reason, all shipping fees collected are non-refundable and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.'



If you have any questions about your delivery, please DO NOT contact the courier to alter the delivery in any way, doing so may cause an issue(s) and will more than likely cause a lengthy delay.
